In Morrowind, every character type was handicapped compared to a well armored warrior with a cure spell who stole everything not nailed down. Pure mages were for all intents and purposes just Morrowind Hard Mode and everyone stole everything anyway making pure stealths simply warriors with crappy armor. Is there any reason beyond roleplaying and self challenge to make different types of characters, this time around? Morrowind was one of my favorite games of all time, probably second only to FFXI, but I quickly recognized the bad case of uber-character-itis the game instilled in its players.
