I used to frequently argue with my teachers about comma's (no apostrophe - it's plural). They would say: "You need a comma there". (invert these) I would say: Do I? Why is that? They'd say: "Because you need to take a breath there". (invert these) I would say: "No I don't". (invert these) And then I'd proceed to read whatever it was I'd written, without stopping for a breath where they said I would need to. I also believe that animal species (species') names should be given capital letters. I don't care who tells me that your (you're!) not supposed to, I'm still going to do it because I think it's correct! The only time I make a conscious effort to care about my punctuation is when I'm taking a test. It turns out that I'm actually very good at English when I try! Have fun correcting all this Shaun.
I knew there wasn't supposed to be an apostrophe in commas. But I put it there because I think the word commas looks weird without an apostrophe! An I think your wrong about me having to invert my discussion on commas.
Edit: Tomorrow, I'm going to correct every spelling/grammar error in this thead.
That should be "thread". I beat you to that one!
