As for the fan service, it really wasn't as bad as it could have been. Anyone who has seen Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 will know how far the Japanese like to take things when they are provided with female protagonists.
People seem to be under the impression that ever game apart from FFX-2 was made for fun. I have little doubt however that Square did intend people to enjoy the game, and I have even less doubt that they enjoyed making it.Originally Posted by SaintDave
