Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 which go together (IMO). They just bring grab you and throw into the study and make you appreciate each character whether you like it or not. Very cinematic! very cinematic

FFVIII close second, very cinematic, emotional, with great character developement like FFX/X-2

FFIX and FFVII are my two favorites. I loved the characters in both of the games. I basically loved everything about the two games, pure genius!

final fantasy VIII is my favorite. it was the first FF i played and the first one i finished and i loved everything about it (except for drawing magic....worst.idea.ever)
