AC OWA lyrics.

So, why are the lyrics for One-Winged Angel in Japanese in AC? Is it because it'd look bad for Nobuo if he used that guy's (Orloff? What's his name?) lyrics? I saw a trailer for the NA version of AC, and the lyrics were the ones in the game. So..does this mean the original will be the lyrics for the NA release? I'm confused
