I feel that the closing of [this] thead was uncalled for. I mean, the guy should be allowed to make a thread, even if the staff disagrees with it. I am not saying that the staff is under any ruling of free speech, as I am very well aware of the rules of the board, but ask that some tolerance be given. There may even be some validity behind Raistlin's words in that thread, and closing it down only gives the impression that the staff does not care for or want to read about alternate views on touchy matters. Are we really that closed minded?
And what's with [this] thread? There are plenty of people ranting about unbannings and their grievances with the staff, yet it is allowed to continue. I think that this is worse, as their rants are more diversified and exposes even more seeming "faults" of the Knights and administrators. I will cry out in contempt if the reason given for this thread's continued existence is that an administrator made it. Oh, I can see Cid making a thread as valid, but the other administrators? Should they not set themselves as an example to others? Should we not act as they do? So if they can make a thread about expressed grievances (and BoB's is about how boring the members are! What contempt is that!), why can average Joe poster make a thread in the same vein?
Where is the justice in this system? Pray, tell.
