i think anima looks more mail than female. i found out that valefore was female by...well...it's obvious really.

While the top half of Anima may seem masculine, Overdrive Anima has feminine characteristics. Some would argue that Anima embodies both genders, because the Animus/Anima represent the male/female or logical/emotional divisions of the human soul.

seymour hardly cares in the 4th fight that anima is being used against him. i guess its gender comes from seymour and his mother.

By that point, he's so drunk on (SPOILER)Sin's power that he doesn't need Anima. Of course, Anima's Fayth explains this to the party when they meet her.

I believe that the Aeons represent the true essence of the Fayth. Anima has a truly frightening soul then, twisted and bound by fate.

Ultimately though, I felt sorry for her. She can find no happiness, just release.

an aeon represents the faiths personalitys a bit, eh? the faith are strange but what i don't get is why bahamuts faith is the first you meet. he somewhat reminds me of auron.

Spoilers ahead!

(SPOILER)The Fayth are the ones that created Dream Zanarkand and it's inhabitants through their dreaming. But they have grown tired of dreaming and want to wake up. They can't do this of course, unless Sin and Yu Yevon are defeated once and for all. Even Sin itself wants to experience oblivion. So Sin reached out to Jecht, and then later to Tidus as those who could break the endless cycle of dreaming and rebirth. Bahamut's Fayth must have sensed Sin's approach and come to warn Tidus (although very indirectly).

Anima's Fayth, Seymour's Mother was tortured for a long time, when I meet her mother and Seymour, I felt sorry for her when I saw the pain of her. That's when I hate Seymour the most, though he's a badass.
I also was touched by Lulu reaction to her first summoner, Lady Ginnem.

I choose Mindy as my third favourite, her Passado and magic pwns, she look smart.

But i voted for Bahamut because is my number one favorite since FFVI
