A million things that bug me - You may post once for every 10 posts.
Everyone post as many things as you can think of which grind your gears. Number them following on from the previous post, so I can see how short of 1,000,000 we end up.
1) Women who wear shirts, but when they lean forward have to hold the shirts against their chest. If you don't want them seen, wear other clothing!
2) Toast crumbs in butter/jam/peanut butter.
3) Going into the kitchen and not finding anything to eat.
4) Going into the kitchen a half-hour later and finding nothing new.
5) "It's not you, it's me."
6) Yams. (No, not the member, I'm ambivalent towards Yams. I mean the actual foodstuff.)
7) Celebrity worship. Get over them. They don't know you and they don't care about you. They just smile in order to get your monies.
8) Hating Bill Gates. He's donated more to charity than most major countries do.
9) Hating rich people in general actually. Yes, some of them got there through methods other than the exploitation of the poor working class.
10) Young people not being taken seriously.
11) Susurrations.
12) People who don't type properly making a big deal out of the single typos of people who do type properly and who criticise.
13) Political correctness.
14) People who dislike Raistlin. ('Cept Shlup. She still rawks.)
15) Snowballs with twigs and pebbles in them.
16) When you can't buy a videogame you want to for a remotely reasonable price (Suikoden I, X-Com, SMACX.)
17) People who think the reason public services in England don't work is because we don't throw enough money at them.
18) Socialism.
19) Hippies.
20) Bohemianism.
21) Musicals.
22) Art fags.
23) Dark the 7th and greeneggsandsam (Doubt anyone here even knows them but I hate them.)
24) Typing a word with 'w' in it and finding a 'q' there.
25) Excessively negative people.
26) Borders and nations.
27) Thinking that because an action might provoke a negative response (Eg Mohammed cartoons, invading Iraq, insulting the IRA) that it is wrong. Those things might or might not be wrong, but that isn't the basis to decide it upon.
28) Emo kids who've never heard of Antioch Arrow.
29) Emo kids who've only heard of Antioch Arrow because of fourfa.
30) People who categorise any form of depression or sadness as emo stuff to be ignored and mocked.
31) People who don't have mental illness. Lucky bastards don't know how good they have it. It's like being a rich American or European, and people with mental illnesses are starving people in Niger. I'm not kidding, you have no idea what it's like.
32) Africa.
33) The Middle East.
34) Black people who think the actions of 200 years ago justify reparations to them today.
35) Anybody who thinks culture exists on a national scale in any definable sense.
36) Immigration prevention.
37) Overzealous forum mods.
38) People who don't see the value in exploring things.
39) People who don't see the value in going into space.
40) People who don't play Suikoden.
41) When you buy a game which doesn't run properly on your PC, the technical forums will be filled with "OMG n00b buy a upgrayd!" even if your computer meets/exceeds the minimum specs and the problem is not actually related.
42) People who ask for help before they've searched the forums, read the FAQs, and so forth.
43) Media company sites which don't work properly. EG Bethesda's forums.
44) Not all gaming developers are as kickass as Stardock are.
