    Default Public groups?

    How on earth do you join or create a public group?
    I would love to be happy, but unfortunately I'm too busy being awesome and kicking your ass at everything

    Only admins can create them, not members We've only used them for special occasions or events, like the Eizon subforum in the Archive If there were any public groups, you'd see a link in that place for you to join them anyway
