I say that it's Titan the summon materia.

I look stronger than you look <--- He looks like some big caveman dude
though my master are not <--- although you can summon him, you can't control his actions/what he does
I hit harder than anyone else <--- he hits into the ground, which breaks, no one else can do that in the game.
though it's weak <--- it's not the strongest materia in the game
I can be gained easily than you think <------ you just have to pick it up
though I seem to live in ruins <---- you find it in the damaged/ruined reactor in Gongaga.

:P I'm too into the game atm :P it's all so easy with materia atm. I'm like at level 60+ 70 with some, and I'm just before mideel. I've mastered like all my materia 2 times now mastering it a 3rd time to sell lol. ;o all my characters in my party atm don't have any mastered materia on. Just ones I want to master xD

I think it's Diamond weapon.

though my master are not <--- The planet is what controls them and it's at it's weakest time during the meteor being summoned.
I hit harder than anyone else <--- they have big strong attacks they are the planets source of protection so of course they're going to be able to hit as hard as possible. But my theory on this is they hit harder than any HUMAN being.
though it's weak <---- It is possible to defeat. And very easy to beat
I can be gained easily than you think <--- It comes straight to you in the story line for you to beat.
though I seem to live in ruins <----- it could be the reference to the northern crater which is ruins from the previous meteor.

I don't think this riddle has anything to do with anything else. It can't be a normal character because characters are dependent on stats, the only character you can find as easily, that's within ruins is yuffie. As Wutai is classed as Wutai Ruins. and no normal character has a master.

It cannot be an ordinary weapon because 1 that is dependant on the characters stats and levels, and they change all the time. The answer needs to be a stict straight forward answer. Besides you can't look at a weapon and say oh this looks stronger than you because you don't see any weapons in great detail besides the Junon canon. And even that cant be it because it was not found in ruins, and it doesn't have a specific master.

It can't be an item because items don't look stronger or hit harder than anyone else. Not to mention there are very rarely a set of items only found in one place.

It's not a materia, it's not a main weapon.

It can't be a place because places can't look stronger than a human being. Rephrase the riddle because it's not literally correct, and makes no sense whatsoever. Unless it's a rhetorical riddle then you've really messed with our time.
