Best Place to Train

I'm at the end of the game and I want to know is there a really good place to train other than (SPOILER) The World That Never Was.

(SPOILER)The World That Never Was is the best place to level up since the enemies give the best experience here. It's also a nice place to level up because you can level up all of your forms, including Final Form which only levels up with the defeat of nobody-type enemies. For these reasons it's best just to stick to The World That Never Was. You level up here quickly anyway, I've found the best way for myself is to go to the "Proof of Existence" save point and go back and fourth between the preceeding save point killing all enemies, including the nobodies in the gateways in which you fought the two members of Organization XIII.
