I just installed FF8 to my comp, but the movement (just the left, right, up, down movement) is pretty choppy and almost lag-like...any suggestions??

If your playing it on an emulator like psxeven you can change the graphics to speed up the game

Try switching around some of the settings in the FF8 configuration program. I had problems with flickering in the demo version that were solved by changing the bilinear/trilinear filtering setting. Just an idea...
Basically mess around with the configuration settings, if this fails check back.
Okay I'll go try that...it sucks tho because I can't even go through Ifrit's Cavern in time without losing time because of it...and I don't want to take too long or else I won't get a good prize =/ But yea, I'll try it.:mog:
