I used to live in a rented house that had a NO PETS rule but we had a doggy anyway, and she was my best friend. She eventually died in that house while fighting off a poisonous snake that was outside my room. She killed the snake. The snake killed her.

We moved out of the house cause I couldn't stand living there anymore.
