I don't care whether it holds any truths or not (and really, it doesn't hold much truth at all). The writing was almost painful to read. And there's only so many ridiculous plot twists and cliff hangers a person can take. I am a rabid fan of Alias/Lost/Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I know how to suspend my disbelief in order to enjoy a work of fiction. But good grief! Albino assassins and Harvard Professors who can't spot backward writing when they see it? that's all just too ridiculous to be allowed.
