Everyone goes through life and its selfish to think suicide is a viable option when there are millions of people going through the same thing. And knowing that there are others that go through what I do makes me fell not so alone in tis world.

once a week while the wife is at work and the kid is at school, I go to Denny's to eat breakfast and bring a book and stay there for about an hour or so, with the cell phone turned off. Doing stuff like that does wonders.
