Default Gender and group preferences

What do you prefer to listen to? Female or male singers? Bands or solo artists?

Most of what I listen to is bands with male singers.

I like all of it, but mainly it's males with bands. I think I enjoy the sound of male singers better, but it could also be because I havent found a lot of really good female-fronted bands in genres I like.

Bands more than solo artists, and male singers because there are far more of them around.

Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if I were as great as Paulo Wanchope.

I listen to far more bands than solo artists, and far more bands with male vocalists than female.

I honestly prefer male vocals to female ones, because very few females ever have that "drone" voice that I admire in people like Johan Edlund, Paul Khur, Jon Haughm, and Don Anderson.

I like male-fronted/all-male bands better, but I like female singers better because the vocals are more enjoyable, somehow.
This subliminal message could be meant for YOU. But it's probably not. Move along ;D

-Most of my CDs are of bands with male singers.

-The exception is T.A.T.U (love those babes).

-latin solos female singers are pretty good, Laura Pausini's awesome .

-Solo male singers? Enrique Iglesias (his spanish albums are the best )

Overall male artists just know how to express themselves more clearly and better, they just have more problems and more concrete things to talk 'bout, most female singers just sing 'bout how they're so in love with this cutesy guy and how sexy they are and (boring). Band with female lead singers sound like crap, most of them don't have style.

I like male bands but with a female singer. I like bands more, but I really love a few solo artists, like Tori Amos.
