Because the staff want themselves to be portrayed as the main enemy of the members on these forums. Dividing their enemy into 2 groups to fight eachother would make them suck.

Fair EoFF was split into two groups due to a family battle, between Dr Unne Capulet and Citizen Bleys Montague. dr unne is gay represents their love that ended the hatred, but ended their lives.

It doesn't necesarily have to be a gang war, it could just be stuff like public user groups and ranks.

it would be annoying if the higher rank ones start to annoy the lower ones, also the olders would annoy the newbies...

Us not having public groups is what makes us oh so much better than all the other forums. That way there isn't people going around thinking they are better than everybody else because they are in the more popular group...or something.

Who needs public groups when you can just make up your own group without staff invervention? The [Kingdom Hearts Trinity] is good example, if a bit defunct and untalked about.
That said, oh my goodness, I should start my own band of rogue posters. Nothing like fresh, crisp, inane elitism in a good forum!
