Unhappy Is this a spyware or something?

I keep getting this program called "SysProtect" installed on my PC, and every time it does this, I uninstall it. It just keeps coming back to haunt me. I did a search of this and I couldn't really find the help I want to prevent this to reinstalling itself back on my computer. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I hope so because this is really annoying me, I have no idea how to stop this thing from showing up again.

Apparently, I have been declared banished.

"This is not a virus or a trojan. It is detected as a "potentially unwanted program". It purports to be an system repair/maintenance application, but requires paid registration before any issues found can be fixed. Many of the "invalid" items found appear suspect. This has been reported to be distributed in wild via trojan Vundo. Other incarnations of this software exist with the same model and similar web presences (for example WinFixer). When trojan Vundo is installed following installation screen is presented."

Not very helpful, at all really.

EDIT: Wait, I ran another search and found this!

This would be classed as malware, especially with the way it refuses to be removed like a virus, and would be a piece of software you most certainly do not want on your machine

Those guys are a bummer. I used to get them a lot BEFORE getting the full McAfee Security Center. I don't know if it's malware or spyware, but if YOU did not install it yourself, you got trouble coming.
