I love it. Our recipe at home is super simple.
1 pound ground beef
1 big can of chili beans
1 can of tomato soup
1 onion
lots of chili pepper
jalopenos(or however you spell it)
simmer for about 8 hours.
Everything else is optional but that is what we use. Comes out sexy!
Also for those of you who say Chili is better with out the beans...it isn't chiliIt is some smurfed up beef stew!
I've only had chili like, twice in my entire life. One time it was made by a Swedish person (my Mormor) so I knew it was going to suck before I even tried it. But the other time I had it it was all right I think. But I don't think I'll ever eat it again. Didn't impress me that much. 8-)

I have to have chili with lots of spicy things because it's better for you that way. Mainly jalepenos and Frank's red hot sauce or whatever the hell it is. Yeah and the beans actually make it chili so those of you eating ground beef stew out there need to wake up.
