It can be safe to assume they'll re-use the Woosley script, as it has those nostalgic lines for many a gamer who played the original. (They re-used it for Anthology; it's not like it left anything out, other than minor censorship. It's still the same basic storyline.)
Then again, we'll have to wait and see, won't we?
It's also safe to assume they won't re-use his script since they have no problem giving us a new new translation for both DoS and FFVIA.
God, I hope so.

I hope for the sake of Rengori, Mullet and Crossblades that they release the game in Pig Latin. "Amsay Una Espera".
There is no signature here. Move along.
There's bound to be new content in the game with dialogue of its own. If they kept Woolsey's translation for the main script and then had some other guys cover the additional stuff, it would seem pretty disjointed. So, I think it's more likely that they'd get the GBA guys to revise the entire thing.
I have the old script pretty much memorized. I want a new one, if only because it would be refresing.
