go to advanced, below the quick reply box, there's a button called manage attachments, click it and there should be fields for you to browse through your files with, find the file(s) then click upload, exit the window, type your message in the box and hit reply.

Or, you could host the image at websites like Photobucket and Image Shack. They offer free hosting, so all you need to do is copy the image location of put IMG tags around it if you want the image to show up full size in your post. Beware though, don't put anything too massive that stretches the forum tables because that's not nice. Same thing with images with unruly file sizes, because those aren't dialup friendly.
