This is fake.

Reasons:
1. Never going to happen
2. Quality is inconsistent in the image
3. I could make that, and I'm horrible with photoshop
4. Never going to happen
5. Kadaj's gang are from Advent Children, and would not magically appear on Spira
6. Never going to happen

Did I mention it was never going to happen? There are also many other reasons, don't believe stuff like this, it makes you look rather foolish really.

Also, the three images are direct screen shots from Advent Children, Square would never stoop as low as using screenshots from a movie on a game cover, they'd use original imagry.
