Yup. It's pretty rare for me to have fewer than 4 tabs open at once.Originally Posted by Samuraid
in regards to ed's comment about gifs, I've also noticed that animated gifs don't appear as quickly (animated) in firefox.
For example if I were to create an animated gif with like 0 seconds between frames, there will be pauses between frames in firefox but noticeably faster animation in IE.
Why is that? I'm curious.
Opera because I like tabbed browsing but I hate you guys.
Yeah! Including the security problems and faulty rendering! YAY!Originally Posted by Ramza Beoulve

I got addicted to tabbed browsing when I switched to FireFox. And... then, I realized Opera had made some adjustments. And not only do you get tabbed browsing, but it remembers your tabs. You can close it, reboot, open it. Everything you were looking at pops right back up. I am so in love. Plus its got good pop-up protection and seems pretty secure and compatible with everything it needs to be. But I don't surf porn sites or anything so I've yet to see how much abuse it can actually take.
i use to go with Internet Explorer. now i just stick to Mozilla Firefox, even if it is slower. at least i won't be crashing my pc like twice a month, xD...

Opera works very well, and wins - bu I still sue firefox -'Viva la Resistance!'
http://www.lintacious.com/opera/compare.php will give you a decent opera biased (But accurate) comparison
The same author (Opera User) writes about thier Firefox experience: http://www.lintacious.com/opera/firefox.php

I use Firefox most of the time, but when a layout on a site doesnt work I switch over to IE just to view that site.![]()

Why are you saying Internet Explorer is at the same level as Firefox!? That's a load of rubbish. Anyone with common sense knows that Internet Explorer is extremely vulnerable to adware and spyware, and the majority of users who use a safe browser combined with good Internet security software aren't as exposed to such threats.
