I don't know of Jade and Omega Weapons since I've never played BC or DoC. However, the one that attacks Junon is just called a Weapon in the game. Many fans call it the Sapphire Weapon, though. The others are called Emerald Weapon (in the ocean), Ruby Weapon (in the desert), Ultimate Weapon (flying around) and Diamond Weapon (attacks Midgar).

It's not real. It's a doctored image of Diamond WEAPON merged with a chocobo.

Cheese WEAPON is another rumour from days gone by.
