I don't know of Jade and Omega Weapons since I've never played BC or DoC. However, the one that attacks Junon is just called a Weapon in the game. Many fans call it the Sapphire Weapon, though.

Sapphire Weapon is Square's official name for it, as seen in various merchandise.
