There both Ivalice. The weapon and item shops can be used to sell tourist tat and such. Im not to sure of the world names either, It doesnt usually say.

Ur Village, More guest chalets/apartments with small pub and and a small hotel.
Kazus village, same bases (Yes all these apartments are needed, these resorts can hold up to 10,000 people at a time)
Sasoon Castle: Epic haunted house, with childrens same themed climbing area, ball pit and nursery.
airship: simulator
Bahamut: Large white knuckle ride, suspended seats with large anamtronic Bahamut figure.
Merry go round, chocobo instead of horses.
Elements: a walter made to look like fire, water, earth etc with special effects, a LARGE waltzer!
A few of the shops will have to be resturants, and
Argass Castle: Large decorating castlesque dininghall for those staying halfboard.
Edit: I think a descprition is needed on your list next to the ride/place.

Cid (FF7) tea cups ride. And before getting on the ride you hear "Sit down and drink your damn tea!" Okay maybe not...but atleast have the tea cups.
You could have a rollercoaster where the the cars are shaped like the ragnarok form VIII. It could be like Colossus at Thorpe Park, lots of loops and corkscrews.

Around Halloween, that horrible Magnetic Cavern in 4 could easily be made into a haunted house. Bats, Ogres, and VampGirls would be creepy enough, but it's also dark and lit by torches. And there's always the dance show in Trioa, too.
