I would say the Underworld soundtrack. With Maynard James Keenan (Tool and APC) doing the vocals on two songs, the cd is already awesome. The soundtrack to Requiem for a Dream is also very good. I think the main title song is my personal fav. from that. Also, the Donnie Darko soundtrack is great, Killing Moon just speaks for itself.

I always liked the Titanic soundtrack. Not the best film ever, but it was good nevertheless. Now if only they had copies of it without the damn Celine Dion song. It was a good song, but over-exposure killed it for me. Same with the movie.
Oh, and Disney soundtracks like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and The Lion King. Yes, you heathens, I said Disney. Hercules is another too.
