I thought FFVIII was the hardest. I always got lost just walking about the cities....
There were a lot of little details that, if you missed them, you'd end up thoroughly confused.
But I thought Final Fantasy IX was a lot easier because it just seemed like it was a lot clearer in telling you what to do.
