OOC: I am appalled by some of the comments in this thread. This might not be Eyes on Each Other so you won't be getting any EoEO bans; but on the other hand, you can be banned for being rude and a jerk. This is a warning to Dignified Pauper, roto13 and DMKA.

I only read the beginning and end of this thread so I've missed most of this, but great Job. For a first role in hollywood to be complimented at all means quite a bit. I am interestied in knowingwhat this movie is called, sorry if its been mentioned all ready.

First of all, you don't look ugly at all to me.I just realized how ugly I am A.
B. Tommorow is my 1st big day for filming in a hollywood film....
C. Im so F-ing nervous
D. They havent called me back to tell me where we are meeting and what time it will be and where it will be at.....IM nervous
E. Its my senior year and this hollywood is coming to inbetween my studdies.
F. Im too ugly and they will probably turn me down on sight I dont look like a star...here....
Guys I cant take this stress, I think I need to find a high bridge or just stop breating. Im so excietd so nervous and feeling so so negative about the whole thing....
Second, try to calm down. I'm willing to bet most of your anxiety is due to your lack of knowledge of when or where the shooting is taking place. If you just calm down and think positively, you'll do perfectly fine.
Finally, there's no reason why you can't bring your books with you to the shooting to study from whenever you're not on camera.

Even though It would have been easier to post the movie rather than the link, Thanks Leeza. And thats a pretty big part for your first time in hollywood If they are giving you any lines at all. Thats at least some proof you definatly have talent.
Thanks for all of the positive reinforcement. After a day of filming everyone seems to become a little more negative or less euthasatic.
Tommorow is another day that we film and from there I go all week long. Its good and bad....Just thought I would inform anyone that cares .

It has become routine to post my days here as an extra. I hope some one cares. I cant post pictures or video. The crew would be very upset with me. Actually I cant even desrcibe the main aspects of any scene with you. I got a bigger small part today. I got to wave down a taxi cab as I fought over it with an older man. Not physically fist to body. Like calling and waving out to the cab.. I recieved numerous compliments from the extras. A group of extras talking amongst one another thought that I was a regular extra...haha. They thought that I had been doing this for years. They told me that I looked so real. The directors shot the scene at the same angle for hours on hours end. They seemed to like what I was doing but they diddnt seem to like how the car chase scene was working cars wise. Anyhow Im doing good as an extra wuth compliments everyday. I hate the compliments however because I dont know how to reply to them....

To be honest, it's perfectly normal to be nervous about this kinda stuff. Even if it's not your first time, it's still a bit nerve-racking.
May I ask, is this an independent film or a 'blockbuster' type deal? (PM if you don't mind me asking... I'll watch out for ya'
And may I also say, you look better with glasses on. Seriously.
Yeah, the acne thing shouldn't be a problem. They should give the extra's make up as well.
You may wanna start building a bit more confidence however. Hollywood is an industry built on confidence and/or ego's. So, I suggest you find a strongpoint and/or best feature.

Um, seriously, I don't see whence all this "ugly" stuff comes from, I think lovehurts looks perfectly alright;
and besides, photographs don't tell much about your appearance.
I'm considered much uglier on photographs, compared to IRL.
lovehurts, if you're not satisfied with your looks, remember that self-confidence matters a lot.
Also, the only "ugly" thing I saw in you was that acne stuff; do something about that,
and maybe get a tan, and I promise you that you'll become much more attractive.

Today was one of the best days of my whole life. Today while filming a car crash scene I was supposed to act suprised by a car crash. I did so well that I convienced almost all the extras and a crew memmber who has been around this for years and is highly offical and works on the camera truck ect ect complimented me and patted me on the back. He said that I did a good job. That made my day and was possibly one of the best compliments Ive ever recieved. I acted and professional movie company officals complimented me.
It was a 14 hour work day though...joy.....
