When the error message pops up, press the Print Screen key (to the right of the F12 key). Open up Paint and go Edit > Paste. Save this file as a .jpg. When you post a reply in this thread, click Add Reply rather then using the Quick Reply box, then scroll down. There should be a button that says "Manage Attachments". "Browse" for the file, then click it and click "Upload". It should attach to your post.
