I use it when necessary, but sometimes I feel I'm ignored by the staff. *cue emoness*

You're not ignored. No one is ever ignored and every warn is looked at. Sometimes nothing gets done though because the Staff might not think that the problem is as bad a the member reporting it feels that it is, but no report is ignored.
