Aeroplanes (8%) and Hot Rods (12%) drop frost stones. I know you can find aeroplanes at the burning house in Timeless River after you go to revisit the worlds, but I can't remember where I've seen hot rods. They're also in one of the Timeless River areas, no doubt.
Dark Crystals (8%) are dropped by air pirates. They can be found in the Land of the Dragons.

Aeroplanes and Hotrods are Timeless River only.
Air Pirates are at Port Royal lv. 20, but if you already got WtNW, then they can only be found in Land of Dragons.
