Perhaps they're doing a special on the history of post-apocalyptic films? I have no idea.
Im not surprised, we should all learn what greatness is.
Of course the Mad Max movie is based on real events. That's what Australia is really like. Mel Gibson used to be a cop before (SPOILER)his kid and wife got killed. Later on he meets Tina Tuner and makes films about religious figures.
