These are the ones I remember. I don't think there's any more notable items though. Anyway, you can only get these items if you've missed them before. Like, you can't dig up the W-Item materia or the Catastrophe until after you've returned to Midgar.
Oh, and then there's the Sector 5 key, but everybody knows that.

u could beat emerald weapon so u can get the master summon...
Well, you only get one. To get three for the party, you need to master Bahamut Zero two times along with other summons including KotR.
With this, you can get three Master Summon:
1. Master all red materias and Blend
2. Master all red materias and Blend
3. Defeat Emerald Weapon.

Or get it at Gold Saucer Battle Square.
