I got my computer for my... 20th or 21st birthday. I think my 21st. It was like $1500. My mom tends to splurge on my birthday because I'm an only child and my birthday comes during her busiest time at work so she's making way more money than the rest of the year.

The EOS 1D MkII? Goddamit I love that camera. I work in a camera shop and I have to keep myself from playing with it all the time. We also have a canon L-series 300-800mm lens that costs £5000. I'm too scared to touch that!Give me a little time and I'll eventually work up to buying a Canon MarkII which alone costs about $7,000.
