You can emulate the games with an emulator and ROM files. But I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to give the links out on this site. it's extremely easy to look it t up on google though...

Emulators and ROMs are free, you just find them and download them. A translation patch is sometimes needed too but they're often found in the same place as the ROM.
