This is the best movie I have seen in 10 years. Really.

Yeah, I adore this movie. I think there's a lot of truth to it, just the way things work. And normally I'm pretty ambivalent towards Kirsten Dunst, but I think she did very well in this movie. (SPOILER)I thought it was interesting how the removal of her memory seemed to change her character. We get hints that she is very much straight laced while she's in the office, and very much straight laced around Doctor Guy/her former lover, but she changes when she's with nerdy guy. I think it illustrates the idea of changing who we are in order to move on from a relationship very well.

I loved it, but as Shlup said, it is not Oscar material.

Why do people keep saying that, it WAS nominated for some Oscars and was a serious contender for Best Picture.
