    Default Forrest Gump

Remember this movie, it was legendary, my favorite movie in particular, a great story of a man and his achievements in the great old America. Remeber bubba, bubba was great and Lt. Dan Lt. Dan was mean but he came around and he loved hookers. You can't forget "Life is like a box of chocolates" can you, a great movie that makes me weep, oh so beautiful, look he mooned the president.

I like Forest Gump but...I never understood why Jenny would get mad at Forest for him being protective over her.

Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

I like that part where Lt. Dan tells them not to get killed and Forrest turns to Bubba and says" I hope I don't let that man down".

I never saw this movie until last November, and since then I've seen it twice, three times in about a week after I see it again in U.S. History.

I think it's a good movie, with some funny historical tie-ins (Watergate, symbol, etc.).

Also, I like the Weird Al song "Gump".
Boy am I an unfunny ass.

Jenny was self-destructive, and she saw herself as destroying Forest as well because she was a 'bad person' (in her own mind) and thus tried to keep innocent Forest as far away as possible.

I love this movie so much. Best Vietnam scene ever. I watch it pretty often, I should go get it on dvd.

I didn't like it that much, it didn't seem all that realistic. Do you really think a mentally ill person like him, would be able to accomplish all that he did, in real life? I gather not. It wasn't terrible or anything, but just not my cup of tea.

The point of the film and the book didn't lie in its realism. It's too early for me to think hard about this, so I'm just going to wait until someone else tells you why. xD

    Signature by rubah. I think.

The part that I really remember for some reason is when Forrest's friend falls out of his wheelchair (chasing a woman or something?) and oh it was sad. But nonetheless, a good movie.
My dear you've been used, I'm breaking the news.

It's pretty obvious it's not trying to be real man. I mean, he wipes mud off of his face with a T-shirt and leaves behind the
