THE JACKEL
I
-it's classic and just fun, I've even hacked the rom, plus being able to get Xcalibur before fighting Kary is totally awesome
-It's really not as hard as people make it out to be
II
-being able to connect to the characters
-the whole stat system, I just like levels
III
-truly awesome, love the classes and the freedom, the remake should be amazing
-the hardest FF, lots of level building
IV
-Some cool characters, and decent story
-Characters surviving everything, come on, more people should have died
V
-Job system is great, pretty long game
-tedious with mastering jobs
VI
-great characters, great story, lots of customability while still having seperate individual characters
-not much of a challenge
VII
-honestly.... I like limit breaks, i really don't get the hype of this game the more I think about it
-characters are only different because of limit breaks, annoying story more often than not
VIII
-I liked the characters, and the story up until the whole time thing
-Junction system is broken/easy to manipulate
IX
-great throwback, loved the assigned classes
-can get a bit boring at times
X
-Involved story
-TOO story driven, basically just a pretty game, I feel it lacked what past games had in freedom
X-2
-Trying to branch out
-Failing at branching out
XI
-I enjoy online games
-the downfall of most online games, monthly fee
T
-I love tactics games
-hard for beginners and kinda complex at first
TA
-again, love tactics games, very fun spirited and lots of freedom
-not difficult by any means
CC
-fun with groups of people
-only fun with groups of people
MQ
-for some reason I actually enjoyed this game a bit, good intro to RPGs when I was much younger and first getting into games by myself
-WAY WAY WAY too easy, I mean you can cast Life on the final boss and instakill.....
that should be about it
THE JACKEL

Shadow Master
ff1
-good clean fun
-too many random battles
I won't give impressions of 2-6 because i'm not far enough in yet
ff7
-red xiii, good music, tifa's......extra pixels
-Sephiroth, closed-minded fanboys, unexplained plot points (last time i said plot holes fanboys tried to tear me apart)
ff8
-gunblades, good story, and more gunblades
-rinoa and seifer
ff9
-zidane reminded me of me, with a tail
-spending most of the game chasing (SPOILER) a man in a thong
ffx
-sphere grid, semi-religion based storyline
-seymour, semi-religion based storyline
ffx-2
-YRP, missions, humourous battle end comments (give me a Y, give me an R, give me a break)
-sub-par storyline compared to ffx
-
Title
Like
Dislike
FF I (NES version)
-The difficulty. It was the first game I ever played that challenged me
and kept me busy for months.
-Complete lack of plot.
FF II
I really should get around to playing this one...
FF III
Waiting for the DS version. Because every time you download a ROM, God kills a moogle. Wont someone PLEASE think of the moogles???
FF IV
-Cast, story, and the much better FFO translation. Oh, and Rydia.
-Zeromus, the 'out of nowhere' final boss.
FF V
see also: FF II
FF VI
-Everything. Especially the World of Ruin.
-Nothing. Its is the perfect Final Fantasy.
FF VII
-Good story telling, memorable characters (even the optional ones), and a battle system that's as simple or complex as you make it.
-Vastly overrated, plot hole heavy, no more 4 person party, no way to bring back Aeris. Yes I am an Aeris fanboy. Deal with it.
FFVIII
-Junction, impressive backstory, Rinoa's babe, and Squall is a bad ass.
-Everything else. Triple Triad. Backstory falls apart due to poor story telling, love story is forced and evokes no emotion whatsoever (other that disbelief), final boss pulls a Zeromus and comes at you out of nowhere.
FFIX
-Good character development, epically Zidane, Garnet and Vivi. Return of the four person party, more like the classic FF's with updated graphics.
-Chocobo Hot and Cold. I never thought I could hate mini-game as much as I hated that one. That and as cool as Zidane, he still fell almost immediately to the Hiro Rule of RPG cliché’s
FFX
-Got the love story right (unlike FF VIII). Powerful ending.
-Focuses on cut scenes and graphics so much that the story got lost in the mix. Blitzball.
FFX-2
-..... there has to be something good about it..... well I like how they tweaked the ATB I guess...
-Takes the powerful ending of FF X and cheapens it. This is why Final Fantasy's should never have direct sequels. Sphere Break.
FF XI
-The most challenging since FF 1. So much to do, see, be, and accomplish. And even when you’re done with all 6 plots (each of which could have games in their own right) the game doesn’t end. This is YOUR story.
-It will suck up every second of your free time and leave you begging for more. Not only begging, but willing to pay for it every month, like a bill. Or a drug. Drug seems like a more fitting word.
FFMQ
-You're kidding, right?
-I think we all know the answer to this one.
FFT
-Epic Story, rivaled only by FF XI. Even minor characters, when added to the narrative, add such amazing life to the story.
-What's up with the translation? "Heresy Ramza"? WTF???
FFTA
In progress.
Final Fantasy Gaiden (better known as Kingdom Hearts) Series
-Everything but Atlantica in KH2
-No dislikes. Whatever was wrong with part 1, they fixed in part two.

here goes
VII
Pros: Storyline, some of the music, the materia system
Cons: Cloud wasnt a very good protaganist, its been years and i still cant beat emerald or ruby weapon.
VIII
Pros: Music, the idea of boosting GF's gave more involvement in battle
Cons: Story wasnt very enjoyable, the junction system in general (not very manageable), instead of magic using Mp, you only have a certain number of spells you can cast unless you draw (major hassle), Weapon Upgrades
IX
Pros: Music, the chocograph idea (very enjoyable and helped me kill some time)
Cons: using weapons to learn skills (can cause a character to remain underpowered while learning an ability)
X
Pros: music, graphics, the storyline in general, Sphere Grid ROCKED!!!, blitzball, aeons
Cons: Tidus voice, and some portions were kind of boring.
X-2
Pros: idea of completion percentage in a final fantasy so you know when youve done every thing
Cons: The plot, the music, the battle system, everything
