Hey guys, i've been looking around online and around in the area for a ps2 copy of FFXI w/o the harddrive and ethernet adapter but i cant seem to find one. If anyone can, would much appreciate, give me a link to buy a copy of the ps2 game.

I don't think you can buy the PS2 version without the harddrive. I wouldn't recommend the PS2 version, though. If your computer can support it, get it for the PC. Most everyone else will tell you the same.

I heard that ps2 resolutions or somthing make the game look bad but then wiht my crappy lappy it does the same + lags quite a bit.
so im feelin the ps2 version but idk. Can you use the same account on both?

Yes, you can use the same account for both PC and PS2. I just got the PC version today and I've been playing on PS2 for two years. I just use the same account on PC.

the meijer where i live had the game and HDD seperate and i had to buy the ethernet off a parents friend. so try offline shopping.

Alright guys thanks for the help, got the game and hdd off a friend for 40$ when because his ps2 broke and got an xbox 360. He never used the game just got the hdd for Socom or somthing.

You can buy, it, i just saw it at wal Mart, it was hidden in a corner, so try looking harder, it's the treasures edition, too bad there's no offline mode for me and all the other poor people.

Yeah, don't buy the Treasures of Aht Uhrgan just yet, it's an expansion pack and not the real game.
