Any "instant exercise" machine you see on infomercials, minus the Bowflex. I've seen aquaintences buy the most ridiculous things, like sweat-inducing vibrating belts that are supposed to give you 6-packs. Have any of them worked for them? Nope, they're still chubby with low self-esteem, and down a few hundred bucks. This also applies towards miracle diet pills/patches. The only ones that are actually effective are derivatives of speed and f*** up your heart and blood pressure (they're stimulants).
