I don't have OCD, but I'm incredibly neat. The only room I ever let get slightly messy is my bedroom, but if it gets messy to a certain point - I don't just clean the mess, I clean the whole room. I clean everywhere else all the time, and when I go to peoples houses I can't help tidying certain things and it's really annoying.
