I have online capabilities, but I haven't used it in over a year when I got FFXI. I occasionally got to say hi to other gamers, some from Japan which was neat, but that was one of my more nervous experiences. Since I wasn't able to hook up with anyone else, I felt lonely, which I don't offline. I tried to hook up with this one girl from MI, but she wasn't receptive to me.

So, I don't care that there's no online gameplay in this game. Those 40+ missions sound cool if they're really missions and not just, "Shoot these targets."
