Saturn Crest and Sigil

Am I correct in guessing these are somehow blitz related? This is the last weapon that needs charging up, and i need it, now i have a killer blitz team, help would be appreciated!

No. You get the Sigil by completing the Butterfly game in the North part of Macalania Forest. The Crest is in the columns of Gagazet, right after where you fought Seymour Flux.
