No one is giving him "[img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img]", there is rules here, and there is sections for a reason, he failed to put it in the right section twice in a row, so we're simply being more strict so he understands where it belongs so he doesn't do it a third time. That is all.
