FF IV Evil Wall and Zermous.
IV seemed pretty easy to me cause you could just hire someone really powerful and wipe the floor with the bosses

Ultimecia was the hardest boss to defeat, IMO. It took me forever to beat her.
Lunar Odin from FFIV. He's a major pain in the ass.
I found Ruby Weapon from FFVII very hard. I've never finished any prior to VI though.

I guess your right but still I never thought that the dark aeons were all that difficult because they would b weakened by alot after you have summoned there counterparts
