sephiroth64, stop it. We understand your position. You don't need to keep posting it over and over.
Anyway, one could make pretty darn good arguments for either Dycedarg or Delita from Final Fantasy Tactics. I personally prefer Dycedarg because he was just rotten to the core, but Delita's eventual corruption and utter manipulation of everything gives him major points as well.
Or you could say Wiegraf, just because of Velius and the collossal pain in the arse that it is to fight. Wiegraf is also a good villain, a once noble man that became consumed by his thirst for vengeance and his own superiority complex.
Hell, you could even put Vormav in there, but he doesn't last quite as long with his own plotting.
So really, most of the villains in Final Fantasy Tactics.
