And I thunk "Why do people change their minds like that?" Like, have you ever had a friend who told you a secret, and they made you swear to take it to the grave? So you did the whole cross my heart and hope to die stick a needle in my eye thing, and it was so juicy and wonderful and you wanted to tell everybody, but you didn't? And then like a day/week/month/year/decade later you bring it up in conversation and they're like "Oh man, I told everybody about that. Where were you?" And you just explode!

So talk about those secrets you weren't supposed to tell but found out that you really could have!

my friends do this to me all the time. They tell me a secret and tell me not to tell anyone. Then like two days later we'll be hanging out with a bunch of other people and the person will jsut tell everyone. And I'll be like "I didn't think you were telling anyone" and they'll be like "oh, yea, I changed my mind."

It's fine, but just a little weird. But sometimes maybe the act of telling a big secret to one person makes you realize it doesn't really need to be so secret.

Also, I didn't tell you that secret, Yams. I you "discovered" it for yourself.

Well, I haven't been a real victim of this. I usually make it clear to people whether or not I want a straight answer.

However, I have done this to people. Just yesterday, I told Psy I had his child, but then a minute later, I think I told him I was lying. He then asked me if I wanted to keep it, and I said no. Then I said yes.

It's fun to screw people around.

I was a guys basketball manager last year and the other manager told me about how she cheated on her boyfriend. Then told me not to tell. Then she told everyone else and her boyfriend gave her flowers when he found out, which was weird. But I told everyone cause i hated her.
