My absolute favorite is the Fayth of Anima. She's so scary, sad, and tragic at the same time.
Although Auron is also very cool. I also liked Wakka and Rikku (much more than her X-2 incarnation).

I love Confusion/Berserk/Poison the most. It just pwns so bad; I mean, DEFINITELY one of the best performances I've seen in a video game to date. It's as good as The Titanic. Pure <3
