Kefka never showed any signs of being "emo" just extremely angry and psychopathic. He hated everyone except himself. Seymour "emo"? Seymour is probably one of the more original and refreshing villians in the FF saga in that he's driven by love (or what he thinks is love) more so than destruction.
I don't think any of the villians are really emo. They're all angsty to varying degrees, but I wouldn't call them emo.
